We are authorised dealers for all of the items we sell. We only sell genuine brands with full manufacturers warranties.
Stock
Our stock levels are constantly changing. We do try and keep our shop item stocks as up to date as possible. Occasionally your item might be out of stock when we go to pack it. If this happens we will get a timescale for when the item will be back in stock and contact you with this information. We will ask you if you wish to continue with the order or accept a susbstitute if one is available. If you do not wish either of these options then we will refund your orginal payment.
Payment
We accept paypal, credit/debit card by telephone tel 01553 777904 once the payment is authorised we will mark your order in ebay as paid.
You can also make payment with a credit/debit card through paypal once you checkout in ebay.
All goods remain the property of Tool World Ltd until paid for in full. Our prices include VAT at the current uk rate.
Images
Images and descriptions used in our listings are as supplied to us by our Suppliers and are for illustration purposes only. Please read the description carefully as this has the specifics of the item you are buying. Do not rely on the stock image alone as manufacturers sometimes use the same image for multiple items or change the look/colour of an item without updating the images they supply us. If you have ordered an item in error, based on the image but the description is correct then you will have to return the item as per returns above and will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We will only pay for the return cost of an item if our image and description is wrong or the item is delivered faulty.
