We will accept returns up to 7 days after date of delivery as per the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000.

Items must be in as new condition and in the original packaging. It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and meet all costs in returning the item to us.

When returning items we recommend you insure them for loss and breakage as we cannot be held responsible for items in transit back to us. We will only issue a refund against the original payment once we have received the item safely back.

Any Item you wish to return must not have been used.

Please use ebay return option in ebay so that we know which item is being returned to us (If you find your purchase under won/purchased in the Buy section of your My Ebay Summary). On the far right column click on the drop down more options and choose "Return this item". Follow ebays onscreen instructions, ebay will then contact us that you wish to return the item.
