BUYING AN ITEM

We will endevour to reply to any enquiries within 48 hours.

Payment must be received within 10 days of the date of purchase agreement.

We regret that we are only able to dispatch goods to addresses within the UK.

Sending Payment
 
When sending payment please ensure that you include details of the item you are buying, the postal address that you would like it sent to, and any specific instructions or special delivery options that you would like us to use. This way we can ensure that your item is sent direct to you with the minimum of difficulty.
 
Important Notes
 
(i) Please do not send payments unless you have agreed to purchase an item through a winning bid on eBay or via our eBay Shop. (Unless otherwise pre-arranged). 
 
DELIVERY DETAILS
General Details
 
Your item will be dispatched promptly to you within the next working day of your payment being received (Monday - Friday). If a payment for an item is recevied after 2pm on a Friday, the item will be posted on the following Monday. You will be notified when your payment has been received and when your item is being sent out.

Most items are sent by first class Royal Mail post, but depending on weight, some will be sent by the Royal Mails standard parcel service (which usually takes 3-5 working days to be received).

You can request other standard delivery options if you require them such as 'special delivery', which is the Royal Mails guaranteed next day delivery service. On these occasions we will quote postage costs on each item individually.

All items are sent out well packaged to prevent damage during transit. 

 
Items Missing in Transit or Received Damaged
 
Our items are covered by the Royal Mail loss and damage compensation scheme.

On the rare occasion that something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery.

In the event that your item arrives damaged, you will need to return the item along with a signed statement confirming that the item was received damaged, with details of the damage caused, the date you received the item, your name, and your address. This is for insurance purposes.  Please ensure that you have contacted us first, within 48 hours of the delivery, before returning any items. (Please note that you may be contacted by the Royal Mail to confirm personally that the item was received damaged)

If your item has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office first. In 99% of cases where an item has not been delivered it is being held at the sorting office closest to the items destination, waiting for collection. If you are not sure where your local sorting office would be, you can call  Royal Mail Customer Services on 08457 740 740 and they will be able to advise you.

In the event that your item does not arrive after 14 working days, and it is not being held at your local Royal Mail Sorting Office, please contact us asap. We will then notify the Royal Mail of non-delivery, and as soon as we have received a signed statement from you confirming that the item has not been received and is not being held at your local sorting office, along with your name and your address (and date of writing), we will make an insurance claim on your behalf for the value of the item (but not the postage amount). (Please note that you may be contacted by the Royal Mail to confirm personally that the item was not received). Insurance claims for lost items can take up to 3 months. Alternatively, you can make a claim for the lost item with the Royal Mail yourself directly. In this instance, please advise us that you are doing so and we will supply you with any documentation that you may need for your claim.

 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
Within the terms and conditions:-
 
“You” means the person purchasing the goods from T-Time Collectables.
 
“Us” or “We” means T-Time Collectables, being both the operator of the web site on which the goods are advertised, and the seller of the goods.
 
“T-TimeOnline.co.uk” or “this site” represents the website and contents on which the goods are advertised.
 
General
   
1 Payments for goods must be received within 10 days of the purchase agreement being made, unless other prior arrangements are made. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction if payment is not received by the 10th day, and put the item back up for sale. Payments may be extended, depending on the circumstances.
   
2 Personal cheques over £100 and business cheques will require a period of 10 days to clear before an item can be shipped out.
   
3 You must be over 18 years of age in order to purchase goods.
   
4 We warrant that the goods advertised on eBay, fit our descriptions as set out and that the photographs accurately and truthfully represent the goods as advertised. We do not however, warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check fully the suitability of the goods before agreeing to purchase.
   
5 Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
   
6 Goods offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to recind the contract.
   
7 All goods remain the property of 'T-Time Collectables' until paid for in full.
   
8 Outward shipping fees are non-returnable.
   
9 Returns of CDs, DVDs or other such media will only be accepted if faulty.
   
10 We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, however caused, including incidental return costs.
   
11 If part of these terms is found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder.
   
Returns Policy
 
1) You will have an opportunity to examine and reject the goods after they have been delivered to you. You may reject the goods at any time (whether before or after delivery) within 7 working days of delivery of the goods by returning them for a full refund;

a) if it is determined that the description of the physical condition of the goods is not substantially correct based upon a fair reading of the description of the goods as a whole and provided that such goods (i) have been returned in the same condition as the goods were when they were delivered to you,  and (ii) are free of any claims of third parties.

b) if the reject and return of the goods is made for any other reason than that in 'a)' we reserve the right to charge 25% of the item purchase value to cover the cost of administration and restocking. 

   
2) If you reject the goods, you must pay the cost of return of the goods and you will be responsible for their safety and condition during transportation. Outward shipping fees are non-refundable.
   
3) In order that we may improve our service to our customers, you are requested to send a statement explaining your reason for rejecting the goods with the returned goods, although you do not need to do so if you do not want to.
   
4) When reviewing descriptions of goods, you should bear in mind the age and past use of the item, and that goods will show signs of reasonable wear and tear.
