PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BIDDING OR BUYING:
Hi and thanks for visiting my auctions or my store! There are 7 things I would like you to take into consideration before bidding on or buying an item from me.
1. I combine shipping. If you are considering buying more than one item from me please email with your zip code, a list of the items you are interested in and the shipping method you desire. I will get back to you as soon as possible with a rate.
2. Insurance is included on all shipments with a selling price of $29.95 and up. Anything under that will not be insured. Optional insurance is no longer available due to current ebay policy.
3. I ship promptly. Usually within 2 business days of receiving payment. I email every customer after their package has been sent and let them know on what day it was shipped. Please save that email for future reference.
4. Delivery confirmation with online tracking is included with every shipment regardless of selling price. If you need your tracking number please ask.
5. Items shipped via media mail can take more than 30 days to be received. I know this for a fact because I have experienced this several times. If you are in a hurry and media mail is the only shipping method I have listed please email me and request a faster shipping method. I will get back to you with a rate. If your item has been shipped via media mail please wait at least 20 days before emailing me to inquire into the wereabouts of your package.
6. When leaving feedback comments regarding the speed at which your package was delivered please consider when it was sent by me and not how long it took the USPS to deliver it. Obviously, I have no control over this and a slow shipping comment for such is inappropriate and misleading to other potential customers.
7. Please make communication via email as easy as possible. I am very easy to contact! I check my email several times a day and I respond quickly to questions. None of this does any good if you are inaccessible. If you have a spam blocker please do whatever is necessary to allow my emails to get through to you.
