Returns

All items come with 12 months warranty as standard. Many products will also come with additional number of years warranty with the manufacturer.

Before returning any item please contact us first to obtain an RMA Number. Please email us at returns@t-dtech.co.uk and we will issue an RMA number to you. If you return an item without the RMA number this may result in the item being rejected or returned.

1. All items can be returned to us within 7 working days of you taking delivery of the goods for any reason. The item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered to you. Items returned with open packaging may be subject to a 15% re stocking fee.

2. Items over 7 days old are not eligible for a refund unless they have become faulty in which case you entitled to a refund upto 30 days after receipt of the goods. If 30 days have passed you are only entitled to a replacement. Once you have returned the item to us, we will test it and ship out a replacement to you unless you have requested refund instead.

3. Refurbished products come with a limited 30 days warranty only.
