The AquaMax  Range of Hot water mobile machines are built to very high standards for the most demanding of environments here in our own Yorkshire factory. Rugged construction easy maintenance and a host of sensible standard features ensure the AquaMax is probably the most reliable main stream hot water pressure cleaner on the market today.

The AquaMax Range has been constructed using the very latest computer aided design and manufacturing systems available. As a result of this technology, all the service and repair parts are very accessible and easy to maintain with no compromise to the striking appearance. The AquaMax is an extra heavy - duty, no - nonsense machine built primarily for the hire industry and must not be confused with lower level imported equipment, at SystemWash we design our machines through experience and every machine is assembled to the same exacting high standard and tested thoroughly before it leaves our factory; quality, reliability and value are the key factors.

Built onto a 2mm heavy gauge powder coated Zintec Steel chassis with twin axles and 10” wheels for durability and stability AquaMax features a large capacity water tank with type 'AA' air gap and a WRAS approved hi - flow ball valve to BS 1212. The whole machine is wrapped with a polished 304 grade stainless steel cover; stainless steel plays an important role in SystemWash machines because of its durability, and anti corrosion properties

Main Features

• Chassis : Constructed from 2 mm zintec coated mild steel, phosphate treated and finished with a textured polyester powder coating.

• Motor :  All AquaMax units feature a direct drive four-pole electric motor running at 1400 – 1450 RPM, incorporating squirrel cage rotor construction and bi-directional cooling fan providing maximum efficiency.

• Boiler : The boiler comprises of a heavy gauge epoxy powder coated jacket, featuring stainless steel upper and lower head assemblies and a stainless steel lower flame break ring.  Heat diffusion is maximized by a retained fire cement bottom and deflected around a double wound seamless 3 mm section coil assembly making this unit compact but highly efficient.

• Pump : All AquaMax machines are fitted with top quality Hawk industrial high pressure pumps featuring a 3-piston ceramic plunger system, long life hardened crankshaft and oil immersed bearing profile. All the wetted parts are constructed of brass or stainless steel ensuring maximum anti corrosion properties.

• By-Pass Valve : The whole range is equipped with the unique F.S.A. System. This comprises of a special flow sensitive regulator, which ensures pressure does not remain trapped in the high-pressure line during bypass operation or shut down mode.

• Controls : Low voltage controls (24v) have been fitted as standard to achieve maximum operator safety, complemented by a fully automated, timed total shut down system with mains interruption release and thermal overload protection for motor and boiler, low-level fuel cut off is standard on all AquaMax models.

• Fuel : All AquaMax models are now fitted with 4 stage fuel filtration as standard which incorporates a high capacity heavy duty spin on cartridge type fuel filter, all variants feature low fuel safety cut off to protect the fuel pump.

• Water Tank : All AquaMax machines are fitted with an on board high capacity 10 litre water tank which incorporates a type "AA" air gap and a WRAS approved BS1212 part 1 Low pressure brass float valve with part 2 adjustment.
