As the # of designs has increased, and to offer those designs in all the different sizes of plates. The plates are now made after they are ordered. Quality is important with my plates-which takes alittle longer-but the end result is worth it. I don't believe in cutting corners to save on time or money.
I do try to get them made and shipped as quickly as possible.Allow 10-14 days for delivery. If orders are very heavy it can be slightly longer. This is a 1 person business and I make all of the plates. I do make them full time-50-70 hours a week. But there are times demand outpaces my ability to make them. So please keep that in mind when ordering. If you need a rush order-please contact me before placing your order to see if I can do it.
Once the plates are made, cut & packaged for shipping, I ship USPS first class-it usually takes 3-5 days-although a few seem to go slug mail and take as long as 7-10 days. If you have not received your plates within 14 days-please contact me-as they do get lost in the postal system once in a while. |
