These terms and conditions outlined below apply to all purchases made by you from Sweet Candy Sensations. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.

Products

• All of our sweets are bought from reputable manufacturers.
• We regularly update our stock.
• All hard boiled sweets have a longer shelf life than the marshmallows and chewy sweets.
• We check the best before dates weekly and all our stock is rotated.
• We use ‘Trade Approved’ scales to weigh our sweets. You will never receive less than the weight paid for.
• Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all the health information for each item is correct, the information we recieve comes from the suppliers and therefore we cannot guarantee any of the information.
• Weighed out sweets will always be labelled with the ingredients and best before dates. Sweets that are already wrapped from the manufacturer will tend to have this information already on the wrapper.
• Our sweets are weighed and packaged in hygienic conditions.
• We cannot guarantee that the sweets do not contain traces of nuts. If the sweets are pre-packaged and specifically advise that they were manufactured in a nut-free environment then we will advise that on the listing.
• Items that are deemed to be sugar-free, gluten-free, organic, or dairy-free will be detailed in the description.

Delivery

• We kindly ask that you would please ensure that your Ebay address and Paypal are correct before paying. We will not be held responsible for incorrect deliveries and no refunds or replacements will be made at cost to us for the buyers’ error.
• Once an order is placed, we normally expect the goods to be dispatched within 1-3 days. However, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. If after 7 days of receiving the email you have still not received your goods then please contact us at mail@sweetcandysensations.com so that we can look into it.
• Postage is stated within the listing for mainland UK. When purchasing multiple items of the same product the listing will show the costs for the extra quantities. If you are purchasing several different items then please contact us or request invoice so that we can amend the postage costs for you as we always combine postage. If you happen to live in the Scottish Highlands or Islands then please contact us at mail@sweetcandysensations.com so we can advise you on postage costs.
• More often we use Royal Mail, sometimes, depending on the combined weight if purchasing several items, we will use a courier.
• When your order is delivered a signature may be required by our carriers therefore please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address you choose. Normally couriers will try and deliver twice leaving a delivery attempt note each time with an option for you to collect or re-arrange the delivery. If a parcel is returned to us because the courier has been unable to obtain a signature, there may be an additional charge to have your parcel redelivered. If the parcel arrives and is damaged then please sign “damaged” on the delivery note so that we can make a claim against the courier if necessary.
• Please note that if you have chosen to leave your parcel in a safe place we are not liable for any loss of the parcel once it has left our premises.
• We only ship within the UK.

Cancel/Withdrawl of Order

• You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days. Should you wish to cancel an order then please contact us at mail@sweetcandysensations.com as soon as possible so that we can cancel the order before it’s dispatched.
• If, however, the order has been dispatched and you change your mind then we will refund you excluding postal charges as long as all the original packaging is intact and the product has not been used.Please confirm via email your intentions to return the goods and please do so within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will then provide you with an return ID number and the correct address to return your goods to. We strongly advise proof of postage or recorded delivery when returning anything to us. Refunds will not be given until we have received the parcel and confirmed that the goods are in a re-saleable condition.

Faulty or damaged goods

• Should your order arrive faulty or damaged then please notify us within 48 hours and we will provide you with an ID number and confirm our “returns” address. If damaged in transit a full refund or exchange (subject to stock availability) will be offered at no extra costs to you. After the 48 hour timescale refunds for faulty or damaged goods will not be granted.

• Please note that all measurements quoted are approximate.
• Colours of products may vary slightly compared to their pictures featured on the site due to photographic and publishing processes.

Privacy

• After your transaction is complete, Sweet Candy Sensations will not store your financial details.
