Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to internet auctions and therefore returns of auctioned items will be at our descretion. 1. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging. (fit for re-sale)and the buyer has duty of care till returned & received 2. We must have been notified & received back the item within 7 days of receipt. If we suspect any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods. In all cases of returns a £2.00 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Immediate payment would be appreciated after bidding has ended, leaving payment to the last minute could result in losing the item to another buyer. I post Monday to Friday, taking Saturday & Bank Holidays off, I try to post on a daily basis, normally first class, all postage costs quoted are for UK postage only. Please be aware that reminders and disputes are now sent automatically on the 4th day by eBay if payment is not received before hand and payment strike may be given by eBay not myself. All items posted are covered upto the value of £46 by the post office anything above that insurance is optional and paid by the winning bidder. I always obtain Proof of Posting. I cannot be held responsible for item that do not arrive.
