This could not be easier, simply browse our store, select the products you would like to buy. For multiple purchases ebay will in some cases work out the discount postage if the item is of a similar postal price, if not and the postal fees vary please contact us beforehand and we will get back to you asap.

Payment

Paypal is the preferred method of payment but we will accept cheque or postal order for purchases over £20

Delivery

Swanky Pets Boutique use Royal Mail and couriers depending on the size of your order. You should receive you order within 2-5 working days unless stated otherwise. In the event that all or part of your order is out of stock, we will contact you and advise of a delivery time. If part of your order is available we will ship this to you straight away and send the remaining when it becomes available. If you are unhappy with the new delivery times you are entitled to cancel your order.

We want to send our fabulous pet products all over the world, and are happy to do this, but you the customer are responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.

All UK postal prices are for the UK mainland only,larger items that need to be sent offshore such as Northern Island will be charged extra for delivery. If you are not UK mainland, we suggest you contact us beforehand to find out any additional costs, this is usually on larger items over 2kg that cant be sent by RoyalMail

Returns Policy

Swanky Pets Boutique will always replace or refund a faulty or damaged item free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We want you and your furry friend to love you purchase, so if for any reason you are not happy we will offer a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must send this item back in pristine condition with labels attached and all original packing intact. Swanky Pets Boutique reserves the right not to refund if the item is not returned in a resaleable condition. We will refund 100% of the purchase price, but are not able to refund the postage costs, the customer must cover the cost of returning the item.

We are happy to send a replacement, but will charge for the delivery, with this in mind we ask that you please measure your pet correctly before placing an order. Should you need any assistance with selecting the right size please e-mail us and we will be happy to help you.

Your statutory rights are not affected. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
