| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes I am happy to combine shipping, this is done on an individual basis. Basically once you have purchased your items, or before if you email with details, I will weigh the items together and tell you how much it would be. By doing this, instead of offering a standard discount, you get a cheaper and exact postage and packaging cost! |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:I aim to dispatch within 3 working days and advise when this has been completed so you know when to expect your goods. I do often dispatch on the same day if possible. If you require something quickly please email me and I will make sure you receive it in time! |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:This varies dependent on the weight of the item, but I do make it as cheap as I possibly can for you and generally offer more than one postal service so you can choose the one best for you. |
| Q:What is your returns policy? |

| A:I do offer a returns policy within 7 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned in perfect unworn condition at the buyers cost either by a trackable service or a free of charge proof of postage must be obtained. Please see one of my listings for full details as the lack of space means I can't explain it fully here. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:I ship within the UK and to Europe as standard. I am also happy to ship internationally but please email before buying, with details, so I can advise you how much your postage would be. |
