4. Return and Partial Refund Policy
--Because of the high international shipping fee, and most of pictures on SurpTime are taken by ourself with real products. So we do not give you a full refund for return products without quality problems, such as"not like the picture""not as imagining"or just "not satisfied". If you decide to return goods for that reasons, please use the manufacturer's original package to return all the goods you received and pay for the return shipping fee.

5. All Other Authorized Returns
--Please choose ORDINARY MAIL to send all the return goods to us.
--Returns authorized by SurpTime for reasons the customer will pay all transportation costs associated with the return, including taxes, customs and duties, if applicable. For 7-Days Return and Full Refund Guarantee, we only pay for the return shipping fee.
All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number. Please place the RA number given to you by Surptime, on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have RA numbers on them will not be accepted, it is implied that customer agrees to the terms of the Return Policy as stated above. |
