1. Can you accept payment by credit card or debit card?
    We can accept card payment.Pls call us to give us your card deitals />

2. When will I receive my items?
    In general,you will receive the lovely items in 5-7 working days after I receive your clear payment.Our logistics company will contact you to confirm the item arrival date before delivery.


3. How to check the items when they arrive?
    There are two small square windows on the box so you can open them to check the glass .Or if you can hear some sounds like smashed things when you remove the package,that means the item is damaged .So Please DO NOT sign for the items when you find them damaged.


4. What should I do when I find the items damaged in transit?
    Please DO NOT sign for the items when you find them damaged.Meanwhile ,please send us message or email us to tell this situation .After that we will arrange the replacement and claim back the insurance .


5. What should I do if I find I receive the faulty items?
    Please keep the items in original package and give us notice by Email or phone,we will tell the logistics company to return the items and make a replacement soon.

6. I find there are damaged parts on the items ,how can I do?
    If there are damaged parts on the items,please email us on foriversanitary@googlemail.com .And please take photos for the parts or stat the index subject to the installation manual.We will send the replace parts to you ASAP.


7. Can you help if there are difficulties when I install the items?
    Please feel free to email us on Foriversanitary@googlemail.com . we will try our best to solve the problem.

8. Can I pay cash or pick up the items from your warehouse?
    I am sorry to tell you that our warehouse change their working style and do not allow to self collection any more . And we can not accept cash on collection,so please pay it by PAYPAL or credit card .

9. I do not know where is my house and the correct postage subject to your delivery zone map?
    Please visit http://maps.google.co.uk and input your postcode to find where is your house.then comparing with our delivery zone to check where are you and fill the right postage when you check out.Please notice ,once payment received completely ,we will arrange delivery for you within 5 working days .

10. How can I pay the extra for the Next working day service?
    If you want to receive the lovely items tomorrow,please complete the payment before 11:00AM today.Pls pay the extra by "Sent money" option if you pay by Paypal.

11. How can I pay the extra if I'm not in your delivery zone1?
    If you are not in our delivery zone1,you need to pay surcharge for the postage.Pls pay the extra by "Sent money" option if you pay by Paypal. Pls state your Id in the title when you send the money so we can check it asap.
