HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU

Simply message us via eBay's Messaging service!!.This is the safest and preffered way.

I WOULD LIKE SOME MORE SIZE INFORMATION

We add as much size information as we can to our listings,however should you require specific size infomation most of our brands come from the Major Catalogue

Chains and a simple Google search for example-"Heine size chart " will normally produce the measurements used for garments by the particular manufacturer or main retailer. Or leave us an eBay message and we will answer as soon as we can.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED

We post sameday for items paid for by 1.pm Items paid after this will be sent nextday within our 24 hour dispatch time unless a listing is marked otherwise.

This service is Monday-Friday so items paid for after 1.pm on a Friday will be posted the following Monday "unless it is a Public or Bank Holiday" those times we will post as soon as possible after the holiday.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM  

This depends on the postal option in the listing - i.e First or Second Class,However most items arrive in a few days or sooner for U.K post.

International Post can take up to 7-15 days.Please be patient we have no

control of the item once it has been passed to Royal Mail for delivery.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM 

Simply use the eBay return request process (this can be found in My eBay under your purchases section click the arrow at the far right of the page opposite the item purchased,from the drop down list select the return option.)Follow the eBay instructions "simple!!"

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

In the unlikely event you wish to return an item-

The Purchaser must pay for return postage by signed or tracked means(if you trust the post you may send otherwise, but we will not be responsible for items lost when returned without tracking or signature required.Return postage fees are not refundable.

You must return your item to us within 14 days of receipt (or within 7 days of receipt

for Faulty or damaged items) All original packing and any Tags must be returned with the item in the condition they were sent to you in saleble condition!!!!.No Exceptions to the above conditions are allowed.(this does not affect your statutory rights we comply fully with the distance selling regulations).

We accept Pay Pal as our preffered choice of payment.

I DO NOT HAVE A PAY PAL ACCOUNT CAN I PAY BY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD?

You can still pay us via credit or debit card through pay pal without an account,Just follow these simple steps-

Send us your valid email address after purchase-We will then send an invoice via pay pal-Pay pal will then contact you for your card and payment details,you pay them ,they pay us and we mark your item as paid in our ebay ready for dispatch!!.
