TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are the terms & conditions of our agreement and apply to all purchases of products. Please read them carefully.

 

Faulty Items 

If a fault develops within 28 days of receipt of an item, please advise us by email at zaina_h@hotmail.com.  To assist us to help you resolve the problem, any photographs you can provide when you contact us will help.  Depending on the nature of the fault it may be possible to send a replacement part.   If not, you will be asked to pay all postal charges including returning your item to you before any return is arranged. The cost will vary depending on the item but you will be advised of the cost at the time. 

  • Accidental damage and damage caused by misuse is not covered by the  warranty and therefore a charge will be made.

The fault will be investigated by the manufacturer. If they consider it to be due to a manufacturing defect a repair will be undertaken, or a replacement sent at no cost to the customer. We will only refund costs if we do not have the item in stock. However, if the fault has occurred because of customer misuse, the customer will be responsible for all repair costs. These will need to be received before any item is returned to the customer.  There will be no exceptions whatsoever and the manufacturers decision is final. 

  •  No claim will be entertained in respect of any goods which have been repaired or altered in any way or have been subject of any accidental damage caused by an innocent, wilful or negligent act or omission of the customer or through use not in accordance with the manufacturers instructions by the customer or by circumstances beyond the control of the company or goods which cannot shown to be supplied by us.

Damaged in transit

  • Please check your purchase immediately on receipt. If your item is damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours with details of the damage.  Items reported after this period will not be covered by the couriers insurance.  We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for claims after this time period. 
  • We are unable to refund a purchase that has been damaged in transit unless we are unable to replace the item. If you do not require a replacement product a refund can be issued but the buyer is responsible for all postage costs including return costs.
