Returns

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us by telephone on 01508 488188 or through Ebay messaging and we will resolve issues. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded, at our discretion, as long as contact is made within the first fourteen days following purchase. We will not refund carriage charges paid for the return of items without prior agreement with ourselves. Please check our feedback, which bears testament to the emphasis we place on customer service perfection.

Terms & Conditions of Ebay orders:

1. Items are despatched every working day, Monday to Friday, delivery should take 1-2 days depending on the courier
2. All orders are sent to the mailing address specified on our Checkout Page (after Buy it Now)
3. Every item we supply is brand new & comes with a minimum 1 year manufacturer’s warranty
4. We are UK VAT Registered and a VAT Invoice will be provided with your order
5. We reserve the right to cancel your order if you have no feedback, are PayPal unverified or ask for delivery to an address that is not your PayPal confirmed address. We sometimes ask for a copy of your ID for international orders.
