Payment & Delivery
Payments
We accept the following
payments:-
Paypal - Cards
accepted include Visa (Credit and Debit), Master Card, Maestro (Switch),
Solo, Amex and Direct Debit from your bank account.
Payments can be made from your Debit card, Credit card or Bank Account
without you even having a paypal account and no
card details are ever shared with us.
Personal Cheques - Please make
them payable to Sunset Lingerie and post them to Sunset Lingerie, PO Box
3508, Leek, Staffordshire, ST13 9BJ. All cheques must pass clearance before
an item can be dispatched.
Postal Orders - Please make them
payable to Sunset Lingerie and post them to Sunset Lingerie, PO Box 3508,
Leek, Staffordshire, ST13 9BJ.
Delivery
All of our items are in stock and
all orders completed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the
same day via Royal Mail. Recorded delivery and Special Delivery are
available at an additional cost which is shown on the individual listings
and can be paid for when checking out through paypal.
Items sent by the Royal
Mail Postal Service are subject to Royal Mail delivery guidelines i.e. 1-2
business days for 1st Class, Europe 4-7 days, Worldwide 5-10 days. Please
note that these times are guidelines only and that the Royal Mail do not
guarantee delivery within these timescales. If your item is late we would
ask that you check at your local sorting office as they are invariably there
awaiting your collection.
In the event that your
item does go missing Sunset Lingerie reserve the right to wait 15 business
days after the dispatch date prior to taking any further actions, so
allowing the Royal Mail to resolve the issue.
All of our items are sent
discreetly in opaque mailing bags with no reference to our companies name.
