Measurements: required for all (human or doll) cosplay costume or outfit.
Shipping: Typically 4-6 weeks to make and deliver a cosplay costume and shoes. Actual time varies depending on local custom and mail service. Note: making of costume does not start until both measurements and payment are received. The 4-6 weeks clock start after both are received. Although it is possible to expedite the request, it is not recommended because we can not guaranty the timely arrival.

Facts to know before purchasing Cosplay costumes or Shoes:
- Cosplay costume and related items (such as shoes) are made base on the measurements provided by customer. So please make sure measurements are correct. Otherwise, you will get the costumes or shoes that are will not fit.
- As much as we would like to say "high quality", the fact is we can only find the most reputable costume maker and work with them. People may find the quality, especially the small accessories, if included, not nearly as good as those clothing you buy from local department store for daily wearing. We should probably describes the quality as "best in the market in the price range", but not "high quality".
- Costumes are made as close to photo as material available. It is almost seldom look the same due to many reasons such as photo qualities, material out of stock and need to use substitudes, and so on.
- We just like to tell the facts so our customers are aware. Sorry about these facts, if you don't like them.
