Our items are despatched by 1st class Royal Mail post. This service usually takes 1 - 2 working days but is NOT guaranteed. We will not replace or refund any items that do not arrive before 15 working days. This is the time scale set by Royal Mail for lost mail. When this time has elapsed you will be offered a refund or replacement by us. Unfortunately we cannot refund on personalised items so please ensure that you allow plenty of time when ordering personalised cake toppers.
