We strive to ensure that our product descriptions and photographs are accurate. However, the colour of the product you receive may differ slightly from the website reproduction. If you are in any way dissatisfied with any of the products you receive from us, you may return them under our returns policy.
We accept the following forms of payment:
For NON-UK customers: PAYPAL ONLY.
For UK customers: PAYPAL or CHEQUE or POSTAL ORDER (made payable to Subculture Wear - please allow up to 7 working days for your cheque to be processed). If paying by cheque or postal order please send your payment to Subculture Wear, 5 Woburn Place, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 9GA, UK.
We encourage our customers to offer suggestions on how we might improve our service or suggest products that you would like to see in stock. Please send your suggestions or comments to email@example.com.
Delivery and postage options
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 working days of receiving it, subject to stock level. If there is going to be a delay with your order, for instance if your order is out of stock, we will contact you via email. Subculture Wear is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to protect their goods in transit, and we recommend you select Royal Mail recorded delivery (for UK customers) or international signed for (for non-UK customers) as your postage option. Both of these options require a signature upon delivery and will thus ensure that your goods arrive safely. If your order is returned to us because Royal Mail could not deliver the goods or because you did not arrange to collect your order from their offices you will be required to pay the postage charge again before we re-supply your goods.
We are happy to offer our customers a postage discount when purchasing more than one item from us. In order to qualify for this discount you need to wait for us to combine your purchases and send you an invoice before you pay. Your invoice will include your discount and the total amount you owe us. Unfortunately, we cannot process postage discounts if customers pay immediately for their items.
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you are unhappy with any item it can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for either a refund or exchange. All we ask is that you email us first to let us know you'd like to return an item and (in the case of exchanges) pay for redelivery.
Any items returned must be in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. A refund is available only for the cost of the goods, not the postage. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, e.g. recorded delivery.
Subculture Wear uses the information collected about you for the sole purpose of processing your order. We will not give any of your details to any third party, with the exception of the delivery details to the company responsible for delivering your order.
