Buyers are responsible for return postage and packaging costs ~ unless I have made a mistake, in which case you'll be reimbursed once I have received and inspected the returned item(s).
Returned goods must be sent via a recorded delivery service.
Returned goods will only be accepted by prior arrangement ~ because I need to be around to process it/them in a timely and efficient manner. This means that you get your refund more quickly.
Any defect(s), damage(s) or material difference(s) must be reported within seven days of receipt of goods.
The returned item(s) must be post marked within 14 days of original receipt of goods.
Items returned must be in as new condition and unused. Returned items must be in original condition ~ unless they are being returned due to defect(s)/manufacturing (or transit) damage(s) or material difference(s).
