Dispatch Times:

Unless our shop is on Holiday Settings your order will usually be dispatched either the same day payment clears or, if payment clears after 14.00, the following working day (Monday to Friday).

Unfortunately I am unable to dispatch on Saturdays.

Postage and Packaging:

Do any of us like paying this?  

Unfortunately there's a difference between the postage charge and what it actually costs us to send your parcel.  We try to keep packaging costs as low as is feasible ~ the amount above Royal Mail’s postage fee pays for everything that isn’t the item(s) you’ve purchased; these extras can include a jiffy bag, extra padding, paper, printing costs, tape. Did you know that PayPal takes 3.4% of the P&P fee?

If you would like a breakdown of your P&P fee please feel free to ask.

Remember, 'Free P&P' is never free ~ most sellers have just raised their prices to incorporate the cost of sending.

Combined Postage:

We always combine postage on multiple purchases, just ask for an amended invoice.

And if you forget to ask we will refund the excess P&P to the rate it would have been charged at if you had.

But please ask, it makes life easier for us.

We set ourselves high targets and we aim to surpass your expectations.  If, for any reason, you do not feel that you have received five star service please let us know ~ if we don't know something's wrong we cannot try to correct it.
