WarrantyAll items (excluding machines)
are sold with a 28 day return to base warranty. This is for
manufacturing faults only and does not include damage caused
by the user, misuse or wear and tear. This does not exclude
your statutory rights.
SuitabilityOur description of products are
generalizations, we do not guarantee the 'suitability' of
goods for any specific person or use. As with any mail order
purchase the choice of 'suitability' lies with the consumer
based on our fair and accurate description. Once goods have
been used they are classed as second hand and cannot be
returned unless they have a manufacturing fault.
Your right to
cancel
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling
Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your
order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh
working day following the day after the day on which you
received the products.
The Item must not have been
assembled or used and must be returned to us as new and
complete with the invoice/receipt and packing note. A refund
will be made minus any postage costs or an exchange will be
offered. On items sold with ‘Free Delivery’ please note
that the postage cost is included in the item price and will
not be refunded. We work the cost to be £4.50 on all items (a average across the board for all products)
ReturnsIf you
wish to return an unused, unwanted item please email us at
info@strattonsmotorcycles.co.uk requesting a returns form.
On receipt of the form please fill in the applicable section
and return the item to the address below. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be waived if you are swapping a item for a resize or if the item is faulty.

A refund or exchange will be given provided that the
goods are in as new condition, with all original packaging
and tags in place so the item is suitable for resale. You
the customer are responsible for the safe return of unwanted
or faulty goods. Postage will only be refunded when we are
at fault or if the goods are proved to have a manufacturing
fault in which case we will need your postage receipt (not a
copy) in order to issue this.
