Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner. Most of our orders are despatched with just 24 hours of cleared payment being received

Q. When will my order be sent?
A. Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri before 12 noon. Orders received after this time will be sent the following WORKING day. We do not ship orders at weekends or on bank holidays. We ARE NOT held responsible for delays in delivery.

Q. How will my order be sent?
A. We use a courier service for UK MAINLAND ONLY. This service is next day except for Western & Remote parts of Scotland, where delivery can be up to 2 days. This service is used only on orders over certain values / weights. For example hair straighteners/ Hair dryers would be sent by courier. Where as lighter items e.g. a single tube of Hair Tint or a hair brush etc would be sent via Royal Mail. For other parts of the UK such as Northern Island,Isle of Wight, Jersey etc your order will be sent via Royal Mail.
Note: Orders sent on a next day service will need to be signed for.In the event no one is in to sign for the parcel you will be left a card. A further delivery attempt will be made. After this time if the parcel is still not signed for it will be returned to us which incurs the courior charging us £13.95. In order to re-send the parcel the cost to you will be £19.95. Alternative delivery address can ONLY be specified at point of ordering and NOT after dispatch. Any amendments to the address must by made by adding a note to the paypal payment.

Q. What will I be charged for delivery?
A. Please see each individual item for p&p costs. Typically hair straighteners and other electrical items are sent via our courier next day service at a cost of £5.95.

Q. Can you ship orders overseas?
A. Yes, please choose your shipping option for your location from the payment screen.

Q. How long do i have to wait for my item if ordering from overseas?
A. Delivery can take anywhere up to 28 days depending on the country and your postal delivery service.
