We are a reputable business and as such you will be fully protected by our no quibble 14 day money back returns policy. All we ask, is that if you decide the item is unsuitable, that you return it within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging and in an unused resalable condition. We will then refund the cost of the item and the cost of postage and packaging to you. You will be responsible for the return cost.

If the item is faulty or has been incorrectly described, we will reimburse you for the return postage as well. We will then either replace or refund the item depending on stock availability. It doesn't get any fairer than that !
