- Any International orders placed are despatched same or
next day dependant upon time of order.
- Goods purchased online after 3.00pm will be packaged that
day but despatched the following.
- Delivery times to Europe
are normally between 2 - 5 days.
- Delivery times to the USA,
Australia and Japan
are normally between 4 - 7 days from purchase of order.
- Additional postal charges are available when purchasing
items to give you a choice for a next day or speedier alternative.
- However please remember due to security issues today at
Airports purchasing a faster service may be in vain.
- Delivery times to other parts of the World are subject to
security and availability of Air transport services to that state.

Stitchery Wood the postal charges for the return will be refunded and
credited to our customer.

regrettably customers will have to incur the return costs of postage
personally.
- We reserve the right not to refund items returned to us
outside the terms of our Approval Guarantee and Returns Policy, and in
cases where statutory rights do not apply.

receipt of P/O's.
- Current Personal and Business cheque
customer’s goods are normally despatched within 24 hours, but
please allow up to 3 - 5 days upon cleared funds.
- Next day delivery to UK mainland Customers is
available when going through the purchasing process online for
Stitchery wood products.
- Regrettably we cannot give guaranteed delivery times, but
in the event of a customer not being in a ticket will be left by the
courier to contact for another day or through the Royal Mail where
