How long and what are the delivery times for items and goods overseas.

Stitchery Wood do deliver internationally, please find details
below of these services.

  • Any International orders placed are despatched same or next day dependant upon time of order.
  • Goods purchased online after 3.00pm will be packaged that day but despatched the following.
  • Delivery times to Europe are normally between 2 - 5 days.
  • Delivery times to the USA, Australia and Japan are normally between 4 - 7 days from purchase of order.
  • Additional postal charges are available when purchasing items to give you a choice for a next day or speedier alternative.
  • However please remember due to security issues today at Airports purchasing a faster service may be in vain. 
  • Delivery times to other parts of the World are subject to security and availability of Air transport services to that state.
Do you deliver to Ireland?

Please find below details of Stitchery Wood deliveries to the Republic and Northern Ireland.

  • We do deliver to Northern Ireland and postal charges are based the same on the United Kingdom Postal Tariff, please remember to include your postal code.
  • We do also deliver to the Republic of Ireland, these postal charges and rates come under EEC rates below. 


Do your deliver to Europe?

  • Yes we do deliver to all E.E.C. member Countries this will also include new member states joining and gaining full member status in 2007.
  • Delivery to France, Germany, Holland, Belgium, and Italy are normally only a few days.
  • Deliveries to other member States may be longer subject to security and frequency of Air Transport.

What are your returns Policy?

Please find below full details of our returns policy. Thank you!

  • We will replace or refund most items provided they are returned complete, unused and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
  • In the event of an administration or despatch error at Stitchery Wood the postal charges for the return will be refunded and credited to our customer.
  • In the event of customers purchasing the wrong items regrettably customers will have to incur the return costs of postage personally.
  • We reserve the right not to refund items returned to us outside the terms of our Approval Guarantee and Returns Policy, and in cases where statutory rights do not apply. 
  • Such items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send item or items back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.
  • Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against goods.

What are your delivery times?

We pride ourselves based on Mail Order and Auction experience of a fast delivery service.

  • Credit Card and Debit card Payment customers goods are despatched normally within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 - 5 days for United Kingdom Inland and Overseas Customers.
  • Postal Order Payment customers goods are normally despatched within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 - 5 days upon receipt of P/O's.
  • Current Personal and Business cheque customer’s goods are normally despatched within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 - 5 days upon cleared funds.
  • Next day delivery to UK mainland Customers is available when going through the purchasing process online for Stitchery wood products.
  • Regrettably we cannot give guaranteed delivery times, but in the event of a customer not being in a ticket will be left by the courier to contact for another day or through the Royal Mail where items can be arranged to be collected at the local sorting office.

How much are returns?
