Returns Policy

Items found to be faulty due the manufacturing process will, upon verification by the manufacturer, either be replaced at our cost (including the return postage) or refunded in full.

Items found to be faulty due to any error in the details added by ourselves will, upon verification, be replaced at our cost. If a refund is preferred then the garments will be required to be returned to ourselves.

If the error is caused by incorrect details being provided to ourselves then correction is not possible at zero cost!
There is no refund option under these conditions.
Please ensure that information given for personalisation is given accurately. If you are unsure please ask for a proof to be produced for your confirmation before production.

Due to the personalisation of the garments we cannot alter or accept returns on garments for reasons of sizing or colour : Ordering the correct garment is entirely the customers responsibility.
