We offer a number of print process' which allows us to produce both one-offs and larger volume, Please email richard@stitchandprint.biz with details of the design to be used, the quantities & the garments required to receive an instant quotation. Costs vary dependant on the number of colours and size of the print required, along with the process best suited to your requirements. Any design or Company Logo can be produced from your artwork.

Screen printing: Full colour prints with inks direct to the garment. Available for both light & dark coloured garments. This process is very economical for larger quantities (50+ garments) but not for small runs due to the higher set-up costs involved in the process.

Direct to Garment (DTG) printing: Full colour prints with inks direct to the garment. Available for both light & dark coloured garments. This process is a an equivalent to the screen print process and is available from just one print of a design. The process isn't as cheap as screen printing but it doesn't have the set-up costs so one-offs are more economical

Transfer print: Full colour print with inks applied to a transfer which is then applied to the garment. Available for coloured garments. This process allows one-off & small run prints in full colour. The process is really economical for small batches but you have the downside of a 'patch' style print.

Transfer print (white): Full colour print with inks applied to a transfer which is then applied to the garment. Available for white / Natural coloured cotton garments. This process allows one-off & small run prints in full colour. The process is really economical for small batches. The 'patch' style print is much lighter weight than the one required for coloured garments. The downside is that this process will darken over the white areas within the design over time.

Transfer Vinyl: Single colour vinyl is cut to the required shape / lettering & heat-sealed to the garment. Heat-sealing works on most fabrics. This process is ideal for things like party tops & Hi-Vis workwear. It is very economical but isn't ideal for a more fashion conscious design. by semi melting the vinyl onto the polyester content of the garment.
