| |  | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? A: All listings will show the relevant shipping charge for each item you wish to purchase and where applicable we will offer several postage options to enable you to choose from the cheapest to the fastest method.
Q: Do you combine shipping charges? A: Yes, we combine shipping for multiple purchases which are paid for at the same time. If you need a fixed total for the combined shipping charge please email us in advance. The maximum charge to Mainland UK is £7.95..
Q: How can I pay for my order? A: Please note that payments must be received within 4 days of the end of auction or buy it now. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal (prefered) to a verified address only, Credit Card or Debit Card to the cards registered UK address only. UK Cheques, Postal Orders or Cash upon collection.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? A: All deliveries are made via Royal Mail or via Carrier and will vary depending upon the service chosen. All orders will be despatched between 1-3 days upon receipt of cleared payment.
Q: Do you ship to non-mainland UK & Internationally? A: Yes we do ship to non-mainland UK & internationally. Please contact us prior to purchasing for the correct shipping charge. All non-mainland UK & International buyers must make their payments by PayPal (to verified address).
Q: Will you send goods to an address other than the one I have registered with eBay or Paypal? A: We follow the Sellers Protection Policy to the letter and will not send goods to unconfirmed addresses, if you wish to have goods sent to an alternative address, you will need to pay by Postal Order or by cash.
Q: What is your return policy? A: All items can be returned to us within 7 days upon receipt. All we ask is that you notify us in advance, stating reason for return, and that items are complete with their original packaging and in saleable condition. (i.e. packaging not torn etc.) Please note shipping will not be credited.
Q: What do I do if the item arrives faulty / damaged? A: If you have any problems regarding faults or damaged goods please notify us ASAP, so we can rectify the situation with the least possible hassle to yourself, with a replacement or credit upon return. Please note shipping will not be credited until compensation has been claimed from the Courier or Royal Mail.
Q: Do I have to pay VAT on my order? A: Yes we do charge VAT, however the price you pay for the goods includes the VAT. You will never pay more than the screen price and the postage and packaging price.
Q: What is your VAT Number and do you send out VAT invoices? A: Our VAT number is 738 2148 27. If you require a VAT invoice please let us know at the point of payment.
