By placing an order with us you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.

We try to ensure that you receive a high level of customer service. If you are not happy for any reason, please contact us by your chosen method using the contact details below. We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Registered Office

Orders

All items for sale on Ebay are held in stock. 

If you do not see what you are looking for, please contact us to see if we have the item available; not all stock lines are displayed. Even if we haven't got it, if you wish we'll determine how quickly we can obtain it for you.

Our prices are held in GB Pounds.

Postgage And Handling

Postage charges will be shown on all listings. Charges displayed are for UK Mainland  Wales, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Orkney Islands, & Shetland Islands. Shipping Worlwide is available. Please contact us for a quotation. Please note that the courier rate shown on my listings applies to the UK Mainland only and will also exclude the Highlands of Scotland, as my courier is unable to deliver to these areas. For areas that the courier is unable to deliver, we will use Royal Mail or Parcel Force. 

Postal charges are weight based, since this is how we are charged by our carriers.

Orders up to 2.0 Kg are normally dispatched via Royal Mail or Courier

Orders over 2.0 Kg will usually be dispatched via TNT

Delivery Schedule

We aim to process your order the same day we receive it. Dispatches via Royal Mail are made up until 2.00pm and Courier deliveries are dispatched at Noon. All orders are usually dispatched Monday - Friday.  Please note that although we are usually here to answer you questions, Kids Corner no longer dispatch on a Saturday.  It was found that items dispatched on a Saturday were actually taking longer to arrive than those posted on the following Monday. If we are away from our shop we will turn on the Ebay holiday settings showing the date your order will be dispatched, if we are on holiday or away for more than 7 days, our shop will be closed for this duration.

Following your purchase, you will receive an email advising you when your order will be dispatched.

Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please return it in it's original packaging within 14 days of purchase. We will refund the cost of the items purchased, but not the return Postage Cost.

Should an item not be received within 7 days of purchase, please email us. We will make enquiries with our carriers, please note that Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 15 days after posting. Any items lost in the post will be replaced or a full refund given including postage. As Royal Mail now carry out investigations into lost items (especially ebay items) we will have to contact you to request further information and pass your details to Royal Mail.

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.

Products.

Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the goods purchased are suitable for children. We would advise that unless specifically stated, none of our items are suitable for children under the age of 36 months.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute between us.

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected

Payment Methods

Credit Debit Card Payments must be made via Paypal. We do not currently have the facilities to accept credit cards directly. Alternatively we will accept cheques or Postal Orders payable to “Kids Corner”. Once your cheque has cleared we will dispatch the goods. Should you wish to collect your order, we will require cash upon collection. Overseas buyers will be required to pay via Paypal

THE SMALL PRINT

Any illustrations or descriptive material including but not limited to particulars of shade and pattern and other information contained in this website shall not form part of the contract and shall be treated as approximate and for guidance only unless specifically stated otherwise.  We may from time to time vary the design of the goods from that advertised without notice, provided that any such variation does not constitute material alteration to the goods.

We shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay, if this was due to any cause beyond our resonable control.
