Hi everyone,
I have included this page to answer some of the questions that I am frequently asked. I appreciate that every order is different, and it may be that the information you require is not here. Please, please email me, I am human (honest) and I actually quite enjoy answering questions ,and problem solving, so please do not apologise for mailing me, or think that your question is strange. I am fairly sure I would have been asked something similar before.
Now some of the common questions:
I always try to dispatch daily Mon-Fri at about 2.00pm. If you pay before 2.00pm your order will usually be dispatched that day, sometimes I dispatch 2 or 3 times a day. All orders for UK Mainland are dispached via Royal Mail or Courier. The majority of orders should arrive next day, although I understand from the Post Office that if your order fits into the 'Packet' category rather than a 'large letter' it has to be sorted manually and therefore can take an extra day. On the rare occasion that I am away from my shop, I will dispatch the following day. If I am going to be away for more than 24 hours I will always display my holiday message, informing you of dispatch date.
If you order is dispatched via TNT or FedEx, there will need to be someone home to sign for your order. If you are not home, the carrier will usually leave a card, but you will need to contact them within 3 days to re-arrange delivery. If your order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. If you would like us to re-arrange delivery, we will require you to pay the re-delivery charge, as we are charged by our carriers.
If you require multiple items for Shoe Box Appeals or Charity, please mail me, as I will always try to combine a discount.
If you require an invoice made out to a Company, please mail me with full details at time of purchase. Kids Corner are VAT registered
Due to listing fees, I do have a lot of stock that I do not list on ebay, especially party bag fillers, & smaller items. if you have any special requests, please mail me, or check out my web site.
All my items are Brand New, and packed with the greatest of care & a smile :) If you would like your purchase, addressed to your child, please mail me details at time of purchase.
