At STARSTYLES we are happy to refund/exchange unwanted items returned within 10 working days in their original condition, in which we will refund the full amount (minus shipping costs).It is ESSENTIAL you include a note stating your REASON FOR RETURN and EBAY USER I.D to avoid delays. When returning an item the buyer must obtain and keep their proof of postage as they will need this to submit a claim if the item is lost or damaged en-route to star styles.
In the unlikely event of an item being returned due to an error on our part, the correct item will be dispatched on arrival and all postal costs involved will be settled by STARSTYLES.
