However, we regret that we are not responsible for the return postage cost. Please note that we refund or replace an item only after receiving the complete item with the original packaging. It is highly recommended that you return the item in recorded delivery.

Warranty

We provide 12 months return to base warranty for the items bought from us. If your item will appear to be faulty within 12 months of the purchase we will repair or replace it for free of charge. The item needs to be sent back to us at your own cost. Please note that this warranty is not valid without the proof of the purchase.

What is not covered under the Warranty.

Also the warranty does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations.

What happen if the item get faulty after the warranty period?
