Refurbished

Refurbished items are the products that have been retuned to the shops under the warranty agreement. These items might have been used and may have slight cosmetic imperfections. At Star-Hyper-Link these products are tested in our workshop by specialist telecom engineers for functionality and refurbished to meet high standards. Parts of the items replaced where necessary, the data removed and is repackaged before offered for re-sale. The end products, in our opinion, offer excellent value for money for the users.

Surplus stock
Surplus stocks are usually cancelled orders or maybe a new version is due out; & usually these items have never left the box. Buying these items is no more risky than buying a new one from a shop shelf.

Ex- Display
Ex –Display and open box items are the products that are sent to magazines to be reviewed, to exhibitions, showrooms & shops for demonstrations by the manufacturers. These are not allowed to be sold as new items.

Our Grading

Excellent (A)- These items are almost in "As New" conditions virtually scratch free and come in the original box unless otherwise stated.

Very Good (B)- Most of these items are used and have slight cosmetic imperfections such as minor scratches which do not have any impact on their performances. These products might come in the original box.

Good (C)- These items are in good working condition with clear signs of usage.  These items may be re-boxed.
