Deliveries
Royal Mail delivery
All the paid orders received by 15.00 GMT (Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays) will be dispatched same day by your chosen delivery option and email you the tracking reference.
Our standard delivery option is Royal Mail Tracked™ service. Items sent by Royal Mail Tracked™ service , are usually delivered within two to five working days from the dispatch.
For an additional fee of £4.00 you can have your item delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day).
** International Orders will be sent by Royal Mail international signed for service.
Lost items
Items that have not been received within 15 days will be replaced or refunded once we have confirmed the items are lost. Please contact us to let us know if you have not received your item.
