Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Thinking about buying stained glass from me?

As I sit in my home in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, I can’t help but think about all of the nice people out there working hard to make a living and just trying to make ends meet. Most of us are in the same boat. We are cutting out the non-essentials and making decisions about where our money is best spent. In these difficult economic times, we all want to spend the least amount of money for the highest quality goods that we can find. There is nothing more disappointing than spending our hard earned income on products that do not meet our expectations, and the thrill of a bargain can wear off really fast when we are holding a shoddy piece of workmanship in our hands. “But it looked so nice in the picture!”

I want to assure you that you are not buying from a hobbyist who just learned how to do stained glass two months ago. Allow me to tell you a little bit about myself… I graduated from Lehigh University in 1973. I was one of the first 150 women accepted when the previously all-male school went coed. In 1975 I opened a small stained glass supply shop and by 1990, it became the largest store of its type in the world. I have done thousands of commission works in my lifetime, sold over 500,000 copies of stained glass pattern books of my original designs, taught over 10,000 students the fine art of stained glass, and was a pioneer in the field of designing and offering pre-cut beveled kits to the industry.

The most important thing I would like you to know about me is that I have always realized that the most important part of being in business is making my customers happy. Without them, I am nothing. Customer satisfaction is the force that drives any successful business. Add finely and expertly crafted products into the mix, and the combination is what keeps people coming back.

I am new to eBay, and I am offering my products for sale at reasonable prices. I have seen sites that offer clear glass painted to look like stained glass at three times the prices I am asking, and uninformed people think that they are actually buying genuine stained glass! In the short time I have had my quilts on eBay, I have received so many lovely emails from customers who were shocked and delighted that the product they had received looked just as perfect as the picture that enticed them to buy it.

If you are considering buying from me, please know that:

• This is stained glass at its very best.

• I guarantee the quality of the workmanship on every piece.

• Each quilt is like a “little piece of perfection”.

• You can order one or one hundred of the same design, and they will be identical in color and texture.

• The bevels in my quilts were custom hand-made for the pieces, so they cannot be duplicated by hobbyists.

• You can pay more, but you won’t get more.

• I have never had a dissatisfied customer, or breakage in shipping.

• All quilts come in boxes ready to be gift-wrapped.

• I try my very best to keep shipping prices reasonable, and shipping time within 24 hours during weekdays, even if it means making a special trip to the post office to ship $12.00 worth of merchandise to one customer.

• “A bargain that yields mutual satisfaction is the only one that is apt to be repeated”.

• One of my favorite quotes is from John Ruskin, English author and art critic: “Quality is never an accident. It is always the result of intelligent effort.”

And so it is that I choose not to be an anonymous vendor. I have always been honest and fair in all my business (and personal) dealings, and so I proudly sign my real name,
