Questions:

Please contact us through the eBay message system. We are in the office between 9am to 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday. If there is a problem with a purchased item please contact us first so it can be resolved before leaving feedback.

Bidding:

By placing a bid on an item you are contracting into a sale, if you do not intend to buy please do not bid.

Payment:

We can only accept PayPal, postal orders or cash on collection.
We can only accept PayPal for international buyers.

Please make payment as soon as possible, this will help speed up the dispatch of your item. If payment has not been received after five days an automated reminder will be sent. If after seven days payment has still not been received an unpaid case will be opened and eBay may take further action if the payment is still outstanding.

Please contact us if you know there will be a delay in your payment.

Shipping:

All items are sent by Royal Mail First Class or by Airmail for international orders. If you require a signature or insurance please contact us and we can add the extra to your invoice. Items will be processed and sent within approximately 3 working days of payment being received. Please note that as a charity we rely on volunteers to help pack and post our items so there can be unforeseen delays.

All items can collected from our office, we are based in Bristol. Please contact us after you have purchased your item for a collection appointment.

Returns:

Please contact us within seven days of receiving your item if you would like to return it. Postage costs will only be refunded on faulty items.
