products. If you are not satified with your item(s), you
can return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase and we will issue
you an refund (see Return Merchandise Form below). Shipping
charges are
non-refundable.
90-Day* Replacement Guarantee
Spotted Horse offers OUR PERSONAL 90-day* replacement guarantee on ALL
products (unless specified otherwise in the item
description). This service is provided in ADDITION to any
warranties provided by the manufacturer. If
your
product is defective, you
can return the merchandise within 90 days of purchase and we will issue
you an exchange (see Return Merchandise Form below). In the event
the merchandise cannot be replaced,
a
refund will be issued. Shipping charges are
non-refundable. Defective merchandise may be replaced with
refurbished
merchandise.

Product(s) must be returned with all original packaging,
manuals and accessories. Any product that has
been phyically altered or tampered, in any way, is ineligible for a
refund or replacement. All returns must be received
within the 30-day or 90-day period in order to be processed. Late
or
incomplete returns may be subject to refusal. Customer is
responsible
for all shipping charges associated with returning the
merchandise.
Spotted Horse covers shipping charges for replacements. Spotted
Horse is not responsible for lost or damaged mail when
returning merchandise. Media (Music CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes,
Software & Video
Games) must be returned in unopened/sealed condition to qualify for
money back guarantee. Opened/unsealed Media can be exchanged for
