Returns Policy
Returns & Exchanges Accepted
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.
Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our
products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation.
We try to ensure that the products are the same as our images,
although sometimes differences do occur.
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible,
but please note that colours and designs may slightly vary. If
you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just
return it, if possible in the original packaging (with your
customer advice note) within 14 days of the date of receipt and
we will refund your money or send you a replacement - no
questions asked.

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or
your rights under any contract you may have with us.
You are liable for the return cost of your item. Always obtain
proof of posting when returning an item.
A refund will be given via your original payment method except
in the case of postal orders where a cheque will be sent.
Original postage paid on your purchase will also be refunded to
you. |
