| Delivery
We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). Items purchased over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday. We do not offer shipping to Countries outside of the EU or less you contact sales@intense-nutrition.co.uk.
UK Delivery Charges:
All orders include FREE Royal Mail 1st Class Standard delivery.
If you would prefer a more secure delivery method we also offer Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded which is 99p per order and includes tracking and a signature on receipt. Please note, if purchasing more than one item, Recorded delivery only needs to be selected the once, select Standard delivery for all additional items.
Estimated delivery time is between 3-5 working days from payment.
EU Delivery Charges:
We have two delivery methods available to the EU, the cost-effective ‘Royal Mail Airmail’ and Royal Mail’s premium service, ‘International Signed For’ which is a more secure method that includes tracking and a signature on receipt. International Signed For is an additional £4 per order on top of the Airmail price. Please note, if purchasing more than one item, International Signed For only needs to be selected the once, select Airmail for all additional items.
Estimated delivery time is between 7-10 working days from payment.
