Warranty

All our items sold will come inclusive of a 1 years warranty unless stated otherwise.

Despatch Time

Our items have a handling time of 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday). If you buy on an item on a Friday, then the item is likely to be despatched the following Monday. We will do our up most to dispatch items as soon as possible. Please note, that we will not despatch items until your payment has been received in full. We will endeavour to provide dispatch feedback as soon as your payment has cleared.

In the situation where a delivery is made and and no one is at the address to take the order a calling card will be left. It is up to the customer to contact courier and arrange redelivery to the same address, this will be done free of charge, if customer rearranges for a different delivery address there will be an additional delivery charge and we will charge you for this.

If customer does not arrange redelivery or collection and the goods have to be returned to our site the charges will be £7.50 for the collection plus the original carriage invoice value for the goods outbound shipments. This will be a minimum of £19.50.

Shipping

Our items are despatched by Interlink. We want to ensure that the process is as quick and easy as possible. Please allow a reasonable amount of time before chasing the delivery.

*Purchase as many items as you want from our store and you'll only get charged £4.99 postage for the whole order. The more you buy, the more you save!

If you receive an "Unable to Deliver" card from a courier, please follow the instructions stated on the card. Items which are lost in post will be replaced after the required waiting time dictated by the courier service.

There is a higher charge for deliveries outside MAINLAND UK & THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, please enquire before purchase.
