Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned within 7 working days of you receiving your order with original packaging and with tag/s attached. We will not refund items returned after this period or with tagging removed. Refunds will be less postage and packaging cost & 5% handling charge.
In the case of a customer ordering incorrect size (refers to shrugs, wraps only)
Sparklydays will replace with a similar item in alternative size at
postage and packaging cost to customer only.
We must be notified of items requiring an exchange within 3 days of you receiving goods.
In the unlikely event of a customer receiving a faulty item please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your item. It must then be returned to Sparklydays within 5 days of receiving the item, for replacement with identical item were possible. If on inspection by Sparklydays the returned item is not faulty postage and packaging is not refundable and 5% handling charge will apply.
