| A:Once you have paid for your item we print a shipping label. We use USPS through Paypal. You will be sent a notification to your registered Paypal email with the tracking number. Don't delete this message. If you loose it you can go to your Paypal transaction detail page and retrieve. Please do not email us requesting your tracking number. |

| A:Go to USPS web site (www.usps.com) and enter your tracking number in the track and confirm section. You can request directly from USPS that the email you all information about your package. |
| Q:How long does USPS parcel post shipping take? |

| A:USPS parcel post otherwise known as snail mail can take as long as 23 days to deliver. We recommend choosing USPS Priority Mail which is 3 business days. |
| Q:International shipping? |

| A:Go to our store and you will find items listed for our international customers. |

| A:Once you receive your item leave us a positive feedback and we will know that transaction is complete. We will leave you a positve feedback in return. We know feedback is important to you.
