Combined Postage:
We offer combined postage on all multiple items ordered, to qualify for combined postage all items must be paid for together as one payment and we will then pack all items together in one parcel. Combined postage is offered at the checkout.

Dispatch Time:
All items that are listed on our eBay shop are in stock and ready for dispatch, all orders made before 3pm will be dispatched that day. All orders made after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. A dispatched notification email will be sent when orders leave us.

UK Orders:
UK mainland orders over £10 are shipped free using First Class Delivery. This option is given during the checkout process. If you wish to have your order sent Recorded Delivery you must select this option at the checkout. There will be a small charge of £1.50 for this option.

First Class Delivery on all orders under £10 will be £1.00 to anywhere in the UK. If you choose to have your order delivered Recorded and signed for the cost of this service is £1.50 per order, this option can be chosen at the checkout.

We will not be held responsible for any items once they have been dispatched. Once orders have left us they are no longer our responsibility. Any missing orders will need to be taken up with Royal Mail.

If there is no one at home to sign for your order the postman will post a card stating that the parcel has been taken back to your local sorting office. The card will explain what your options are for redelivery or collection. The sorting office usually holds items for 7 days and then they will return them to us, if this happens we will get in touch with you either by e mail or phone to discuss arranging redelivery costs.

Worldwide Orders:
Worldwide orders are shipped using Standard Airmail, the cost of this service will be £1.70 per order to anywhere in Europe and £2.50 per order to anywhere else in the world. You can select these options at the checkout.

Please note that items sent by Standard Airmail do not have to be signed for, so we recommend that higher value orders are sent by Insured Airmail which will need to be signed for, the cost of this service is £6.00 per order. You can select this option at the checkout.

We do obtain a certificate of posting for all orders sent by airmail and we will not be held responsible if they get lost in the post.

Worldwide orders usually arrive within 5 working days of being dispatched but may take longer, this depends on the postal service and delays in Customs. This often depends on what country the order is being sent to.

In the unlikely event of parcels not being delivered, please note that we will only hold proof of posting receipts for 3 months. Non delivery of orders must be reported to us within this timescale.
