Returns on unopened products are accepted with a minimum 15% restocking fee (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable).

An unopened item may be returned for a period of 14 days from delivery. Our quality control seal(s) must not be broken.

**All Custom Enclosure Orders or Universal Box orders are FINAL Sales. No Cancellation, refund or exchange possible Exchanges:

Shipping Fees:
- Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All products returned for any reason must be returned via Insured UPS delivery.
Return Authorization:
- The Return Authorization (RMA ) number that has been issued will be voided if the item is not received within 14 days of RMA issuance. Product will be declined and returned to sender.
Warranty:
- We are a factory authorized retail outlet. We will be happy to assist you with any warranty questions.
