Terms and Conditions

• The cost of postage and our payment terms may vary on individual items.  Please see the item description for any variance to our standard pricing.
• We do not sell copies only original items which are checked for playability before despatch if they are not new.
• Payment must be received within 10 days of the close of the auction / sale.

• We make no additonal charges for using PayPal.
• Recorded delivery / insurance is available at cost, should you require this facility
• Refunds will be considered if the item is faulty but not if it is the incorrect format for your player, please check before purchasing.
• Items will be combined if you have bought more than one item for postage but payment must be received within 10days of the last item's sale date.
• We always leave appropriate feedback for all items sold and would ask that you also leave return feedback whenever possible. 
• The Non Paying Buyer policy is utilised for any items won that are not subsequently paid for in full.

United Kingdom / Worldwide (please note we only accept PayPal as a payment method for Worldwide Shipping.)

Postage and Packing

• Buyer pays all postage costs.
• Items are normally despatched within 48 hours of payment being received.
• All CDs / DVDs / Videos are packaged securely in bubble wrap envelopes to protect in transit.
• Our standard postage and packing charges are shown below, some individual items may vary if they are particularly heavy or large. 
• Please check item description for any variance to the prices below.
