Shipping and Returns

All items purchased from sorashowcases will be despatched within
two working days of payment receipt. We will package your items
safely to prevent transport damages.
If netherless an item arrives damaged we will send you any
replacement parts as soon as possible.

The shipment costs to Great Britain (Scottish Highlands and islands excluded)
are 9,50 GBP for one item.

You can save shipping costs by purchasing several display cases
or display cabinets. For every additional item, the shipment costs
are just 5,00 GBP.
If you want to bid on several items, please tells us in advance so
we can prepare a common shipment.

Our forwarder for shipment to Great Britain is DHL/Deutsche Post.
Since our products are shipped directly from Germany, please allow a
shipping time of up to 10 days. If your shipment will not arrive within
this period, please inform us by e-mail or telephone.
