1. Right to exchange or
return free of charge
You have uncoditional right to return all goods bought from us free of
charge within 30 days of delivery, without beeing obliged to state your
reasons. To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is to send a
return request within the 30-day period by e-mail, telephone or post to:

Wutha-Farnroda GERMANY If you return goods bought online, the contract
is cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded once the delivered
goods have been returned. Should the goods show signs of use or damage
in return, we reserve the right to claim for compensation. We always
intend to handle returns or exchanges as fast and convenient as
possible. Please do not return your goods by carriage forward.
2. Delivery range
and delivery period
We deliver within the countries stated in the respective item
description on eBay. Please feel free to ask for shipment to other
locations. Deliveries within the European Union are usually carried out
within 14 days. After shipment, you will receive an e-mail with a link
to track-and trace your shipment. Please inform us if you do not receive
your shipment within 14 days after receipt of the shipment confirmation
mail. Some areas within the delivery range may carry a so called 'remote
area classification' in terms of freight forwarding. These remote areas
include minor islands or mountain areas of the countries within the
delivery range. Please allow for a longer delivery period for these
locations. If you are not sure about the freight forwarding
classification of your location, please send us your request by e-mail.
3. Delivery costs
All goods purchased from us are directly shipped from our premises in
Germany. The shipment costs depend on your location, the weight and/or
quantity of goods ordered. Please check the 'shipment costs'-section of
our shop for the shipment costs to your country. However, if you live in
a remote area of your country ( see explanation above ), higher shipment
costs may apply. We will of course inform you and give you the
opportunity to change your order if your address turns out to belong to
a remote area. If you purchase several items from us we can offer you to
send them in one shipment to save shipment costs. Please inform us if
you want to bid on additional items.
4. Damage in
transport
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible
by e-mail or telephone.
5. Reservation of
ownership
Goods remain the property of sorashowcases.com until payment has been
received in full.
6. Payment, due
date, failure to pay
Immediately after your purchase, you will receive a confirmation by
e-mail. Please inform us, if this e-mail will not arrive within a day.
Payment for goods is to be made by the payment methods stated in our
item pages. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment sent in the form of
cash or cheques. We accept no responsibility for loss. Customers who
order by invoice commit to transfer the total within 14 days after
receipt of the invoice. If payment is delayed, we reserve the right to
bill for overdue fines. In the case of possible returns, the amount paid
will be refunded. Should your credit or debit card have insufficient
credit, we reserve the right to invoice you for the costs incurred in
making requests for payment. Trade orders are not accepted.
