The terms and conditions of Socks N Knicks Limited (Ebay ID socksnknicksuk ) are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order.
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we despatch the product to you, not before.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales given, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.
We are under no liability to accept claims for lost/delayed items in the post until 14 days have passed after despatch for items sent to U.K. addresses and 21 days for items sent outside the U.K.. It is the customers' responsibility to provide us with accurate address details so that we can deliver in accordance with this contract. Claims for items lost/delayed will not be accepted if we have been provided with incorrect or inacurate details.
All claims for items not delivered must be made within 60 days of despatch. Once this time has expired we will not accept liability for lost parcels.
All items are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and either offer you an alternative product or a full refund. If we are unable to contact you in a reasonable amount of time we will cancel your order and refund you in full.
We try to ensure that the prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description or price of goods listed. If we discover an error in the price or description of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order based on the correct price or description, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled and provide you with a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of U.K. VAT, where applicable, at the standard rate.
Payment can be made via PayPal only. We do not accept any other form of payment.
You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. To do this you should request a return through the Ebay Resolution Centre. Once we have accepted your request you should return the item to us as soon as possible. Full details of our conditions of return can be found in our returns policy which forms part of our Terms and Conditions of sale.
Items won by auction are not returnable unless otherwise stated. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
