We ship to the United Kingdom, Europe & Worldwide excluding a few countries. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Please be aware that all delivery times given are estimates and delivery time is out of our control once orders are despatched.
United Kingdom
U.K. orders are sent by Second Class Royal Mail unless stated otherwise. Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded and Next Day Special Delivery is also available for an additional charge.
Delivery by Second Class Royal Mail is usually 3 to 5 working days after despatch and First Class Royal Mail is usually 1 to 2 working days, but this does depend on the post. Please allow 14 days before reporting non-delivery. Delivery by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery is usually by 1pm the next working day after despatch. To help prevent lost items we do not allow items to be left unattended. Some orders may also require a signature upon delivery regardless of the service purchased. Please note that delivery by First & Second Class Royal Mail can take longer during bank holidays and peak periods such as christmas.
